All products are handcrafted with love and 1 of 1 pieces made by our Founder. Our products are lovingly crafted with crochet material, woven hair, stuffing, and embellished with small buttons and accessories.

While we do not recommend machine washing, if gentle cleaning is necessary, hand wash with mild soap and air dry thoroughly. This is also recommended for our outerwear products (including sweaters, head wraps, and blankets) to preserve their shape and quality.

Due to the nature of our products and to prevent the spread of germs, all sales are final.

 

• No Returns: Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be returned for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind
  • Order errors
  • Damaged items (see below for exceptions)
• No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any products.
• Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@carmencreationsco.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will investigate and may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time replacement or a partial/full refund.

Shipping Policy

Carmen Creations Co. offers flat-rate shipping of $7 on all orders. For premade orders, we will ship within 48 hours of order receiept. For custom orders, we will process and ship your order within 15 days and provide you with tracking information via email. 

Processing and Shipping Times

We strive to process and ship all orders within 10 of receiving them. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Liability

Carmen Creations Co. is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped and a tracking number has been confirmed. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for any questions or concerns about your shipment.
